Coral Bean Cactus in Bloom Yucca/Mountain Laurel   Yucca/Salt Cedar Yucca with seed pods   Texas Mountain Laurel   Prickly Pear Cactus   Century Plants in Bloom   The coral bean can be spotted scattered around Indianola and starts to bloom there in February/March. Several of the plants can be seen in the vicinity of the Cemetery on the Ridge. Good example of the long green bean pods that develop after flowering. The pods eventually dry out and expose the bright red coral bean.
